Camcorders
We use Sony professional High Definition Video HVR-Z1E and HVR-A1E camcorders so that we can produce HDV films. The high resolution of these camcorders provides five times the detail of standard video. For a small premium you can have your finished film mastered to HDV tape.
The marketplace for HDV players is still in its infancy and the compatibility of discs in HD-DVD and Blu-ray players is not yet at a level where we feel we can offer a disc in either format. As soon as this situation is resolved we will be able to produce a high definition disc from the HDV master on tape. Until that time we will output to the current standard definition DVD standard.

Audio
Sound is a part of the recording process that is not always given enough thought. Clear recording of the sound during the ceremony and speeches is vital to a good quality film. We use Sennheiser 112p G2 radio systems together with Sennheiser MKE2, ME64 and ME66 microphones to achieve this.
In windy conditions outdoors a Rycote Softie is used to minimise the sound cause by air moving over the microphone.
